Nicole Stoddard

Nikki Stoddard has been a member of the Hardwick-Day team since 2007.  Nikki creates live simulation models of financial aid regimes.  She is on hand during campus visits to provide instant answers to data-related questions which arise during campus visits.

Nikki also monitors the admit pool and incoming class throughout the recruitment cycle.  She enjoys working on special requests from clients during this season.  She finds satisfaction in knowing that her extra effort will help clients make important decisions about recruitment.

Nikki is also Hardwick-Day’s project coordinator.  She schedules webinars and campus visits, ensuring that each detail is thought out so that every client’s time is used most efficiently.  She also performs a myriad of “other duties as assigned” that are critical to the firm.

Nikki graduated from the Institute of Technology at the University of Minnesota in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and focus in Actuarial Science.  She is used to hard work.  At the U of M, she taught herself calculus from textbooks because the classes were so big and the teaching assistants so difficult to understand that she felt she would do better on her own.  She worked her way through college as a restaurant server, which taught her great customer service skills in addition to her natural people skills.
