Hardwick~Day Associate: David Busse

David Busse retired in 2001 after 18 years as financial aid director at Macalester College. Since then, he has served as interim director and in other capacities in the financial aid offices of the California Institute of Technology, St. Mary’s College (IN), California Lutheran University, Carleton College, and others.

David Busse

Prior to joining Macalester, David was Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Lawrence University (WI) for eight years and at Illinois Institute of Technology for nine. David has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dubuque and a master’s degree from New York University.

David is the managing director of Hardwick Day’s Executive Search and Development-Financial Aid service.
