Tim specializes in Website Evaluations and Web solution design for use in higher education and admissions. Before joining Hardwick~Day in 1998, he created the instructional support office for the University of St.Thomas’s new Minneapolis campus. Also at St.Thomas, he coordinated and reported on the Minnesota Private College Distance Learning Planning Study. |

This 1995-96 study, funded by a U.S. Commerce Department grant, took Tim to 35 private college campuses in Minnesota and in bordering states to determine how their educational technology could be improved to enhance curricula. Tim created his first website in 1995 to post the results of that study.
Tim has a professional background in photography, digital video editing, desktop publishing and computer slide generation dating from the mid-1970s. These "legacy" skills have converged today with the Internet. Tim also developed departmental and faculty Web sites for St.Thomas’s Graduate School of Business and several nonprofit institutes.
For Hardwick~Day clients, Tim does website evaluations including comparisons to overlap marketing groups.
Tim graduated from Carleton College with a B.A. in English literature, and he holds an M.A. in journalism from the University of Minnesota.
